The UNO-R Grade School Department held a Joint Backyard camping last October 22-23, 2015, at 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM the next day. It was participated by the grade school Boy Scouts of the Philippines and Girl Scouts of the Philippines. The lecture topics were: Back to Basics by Troop Leader by Mr. Gerardo Fandida; Scouting Ideals by Ms. Pia T. Flores; Knot Tying by Mr. Ruel Villarosa; First Aid and bandaging by Mr. Freddie P. Parreño, Grade School Principal. The Over-all Coordinator was Mr. Peter D. Jaena. Backyard Camping is a requirement for a boy or a girl scout who wishes to join jamborees.
