CAS IS U-WEEK 2017 OVER-ALL CHAMPION

The College of Arts and Sciences is this year’s Over-all champion during the U-week 2017.  The College garnered  a total of 620 pts.  The College of Engineering got 581 pts  and College of Business and Accountancy with 466 pts ranked 1^st and 2^nd runners-up respectively.

In the Litmus and other activities, CAS was named champion.  CAS dominated Impromptu (English); Oration; Impromptu (Filipino); Binalaybay; vocal solo; Creative Native Folkdance; and Group MTV.   The College of Engineering is champion in the Poster-Making competition and College teaser.  Vocal Duet and Essay writing are dominated by the College of Business and Accountancy.

Medical Technology Department emerged champion in the exhibits.  Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering emerged as 1^st , 2^nd and 3^rd runners-up respectively.

In Sports, the College of Arts and Sciences emerged as over-all champion with 420 points.  They were champion in Athletics (men and women); Basketball (women); Football (women); Table Tennis (men and women).  The College of Engineering emerged 1^st runner-up.  They are champion in Basketball (men); Chess (women); Football (men) and Volleyball (men).  While, the College of Business and Accountancy is champion in Chess (men) and Volleyball (women) with a score of 330 placing CBA, 2^nd runner-up.
