The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) awards Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) to 163 grantees. The awarding of TES was done by Engr. Christopher Taclobos, University Registrar and UNO-R-CHED Liaison Officer, last October 12, High School Activity and Cultural Center. CHED awarded 28 more TES grantees this year. Last year CHED awarded 135 grantees.
