The Director for External Affairs, Carlos Eduardo Legaspi, Jr. attended the 3rd Communication Confeerence held at De La Salle University, Taft, Manila, August 4-5, 2017. Topics for the conference focused on the theme exploration of th realm of communication. The speakers during the plenary session in the morning of August 4 were ABS-CBN’s Donald Lim, Philippine Daily Inquirer’s John Nery, MTRCB’s Bibeth Ortiza, and Jolibee’s Arline Adeva. In the afternoon, a talk show was held with Nathania Chua, . Jim Paredes, Kristine Sabillo and Dr. Leloy Claudio. The second day was devoted to Break-out sessions and classes.
