Members of the Labor Management Conference of the university attended the seminar on “Principled Negotiation” at O’Hotel , February 27, 2014. The seminar was organized by the Association of Labor Management Councils – Negros Occidental Chapter (ALMC-NOC), Inc. in coordination with the National Conciliation and Mediation Board Regional Branch 6. The main speaker was RCMB Officer-in-charge Hacelfeo Cuares. The administration panel was led by Rev. Fr. Edcel Celis,OAR with Dean Christopher Taclobos; University Registrar Dr. Carmenda Leonoras, Associate HRMO Ms.Nilda Jamili and Dr. Carlos Legaspi, Jr while UNOFELA was represented by its President, Engr.
