The University and UNOFELA signed the 2022-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement last August 19, 2022, the feast of St. Ezekiel Moreno. Rev. Fr. Joel A. Alve, OAR, and Dean Dodie O. Turla signed on behalf of the university, while UNOFELA President Noel Angeles and Mr. Fritz Palma signed on behalf of the union. Witnessing the signing was NCMB representative Ma. Kristine F. Jarina, AO IV, NCMB-R06.
The University panel members were Dr. Carlos Eduardo Legaspi, Jr; Ma. Luisa Catague, CPA; Ms. Rowela Javier, MPsych; and Engr. Christopher Taclobos while the UNOFELA panel was composed of Engr. Angeles; Mr. Palma; Mrs. Judy Mendoza; Mrs. Imelda Matullano and Mr. Peter Jaena.
