In response to its garbage disposal problems, the University launches an Integrated Recycling Depot located at the Agriculture Fowl Breeding Area. The said depot contains facilities for Garbage Temporary Deposit (for segregation); Recycling I (recyclable materials such as plastic materials, paper, etc.); Recycling II (residual such as aluminum foil, tetra packs, etc.); Recycling III (biodegradable such as food leftovers, leaves, wood, etc.); and organic farming.
The UNO-R Integrated Recycling Depot project of the University, under the supervision of Bro. Jaazeal Jakosalem, OAR, will also promote eco-educational learning in the recycling process.
