Ms. Yolanda Porschwitz, Provincial Director of the Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA), was the Keynote Speaker during the Graduation Ceremony of the 12th batch of graduates who finished the six-month training course for caregivers under the Technical Education Department of UNO-R.
