The Philippine Association of Catholic Religious Educators, Inc. (PACRE) and UNO-R is holding the 2nd annual conference and General Assembly on May 12, 2017 at the University President’s Hall at 8 am. The theme is “Challenges and Trends in Philippine Education: Its impact to Catholic Education.” The guest speaker is Dr. Earl Jude Cleope, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, Silliman University, Dumaguete City.
The whole-day activity will open with a Thanksgiving Mass at 8:30 am. Program shall commence at 9:45 with the Opening prayer to be led by Mr. Joel Tambuson; welcoming of the participants shall be done by Mrs. Marlene Gelotin while the Opening message will be given by Rev. FR. Deogracias Camon, PhD. Welcoem message shall be given by UNO-R President Rev. Fr. Eduardo Celiz, Jr. OAR. Keybnote address follows with Dr. Dennis Madrigal, PACRE President introducing Dr. Cleope. The afternoon session shall commence with the launching of the PACRE website at 1 pm. Business meeting at 2 pm and closing Remarks shall be given by PACRE Vice President David Tiansay.
