STEP 3: ACCOUNTING OFFICE

  • Present the printout of the Learner’s Information Sheet (LIS) to the teller.
  • Pay the Upon Enrollment and Mandatory Fee.
    • Pre-Elementary: P3,900.00

STEP 4: GRADE 1 - FREEDOM CLASSROM

  • Present the Receipts of Payments (Enrollment & Mandatory) and the printed Learner’s Information Sheet (LIS)
  • Receive the Official Enrolled Form.
  • Receive the list of requirements for S.Y. 2026 – 2027.

STEP 5: SECURITY OFFICE

  • Present the Official Enrolled Form for ID Pictorial
