  • 2 Letters of Recommendation addressed to the Dean from immediate employer, supervisor, or professor.

STEP 1: ADMISSION TESTING

  • Submit admission requirements, take the exam, and claim your results at Student Development and Placement Center (SDPC).

STEP 2: EVALUATION & INTERVIEW

  • Present your academic credentials (Photocopy of Transcript of Records, Honorable Dismissal, Certificate of Good Moral Character, and Recommendation Letter) for evaluation at the Graduate School Office and Interview by the Dean.

STEP 3: REGISTRATION & STUDENT NUMBER ASSIGNMENT

  • Fill out the Student Information Sheet (SIS) and submit copies of your academic credentials at the University Registrar’s Office. Claim your accounting sheet containing your permanent Student Personal Number (SPN).

STEP 4: INITIAL PAYMENT

  •  Pay the initial fee of PHP 3,000.00 and secure your Official Receipt (OR) at the Accounting Office. 

STEP 5: CLEARANCE SUBMISSION

  • Submit your original Certificate of Good Moral Character at the Department of Student Affairs (DSA).

STEP 6: COURSE ENCODING & ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION

  • Fill out the enrollment form with your recommended courses for encoding at the Graduate School Office. Receive your finalized enrollment form (printed or via your registered email).

STEP 7: ID COLLECTION

  • Secure your official School Identification  Card at the Security Office. For continuing, pay your dues and/or upon enrollment fee at the Accounting, then fill-out the loading form at the RBGS Office. 
  • BLENDED ONLINE LEARNING

All courses will be delivered online with one face-to-face meeting to be scheduled and agreed upon by professors and students. 

  • RESEARCH 

Except for Research, one course is equivalent to 6 weeks of meeting with at least 9 hours/week synchronous and/or asynchronous activities.

  • SUMMER CLASSES

Summer Classes are held concurrently online with flexible scheduling, allowing professors and students to adjust class times, on Saturday / Sunday.
