Likewise, the COMELEC has chosen Dr. Julio Jude Rosales as Adviser. Ms. Cobing sets the election schedules as follows: Filing of Candidacies – Feb. 22 -27; Campaign Period – Feb. 22 – 28; Grand Political Rally (Presidential Debate)- Feb. 28; Election ban – Feb. 29; General Elections – March 1.
