Fr. Sixto M. Bitangjol, OAR, UNO-R Vice President for Administration, Director of the Human Resource Management Office, Director for Basic Education, and High School Principal, has been appointed as Acting President of UNO-R in a memorandum signed by Fr. Demetrio S. Peñascoza, OAR on November 6, 2007. His appointment is effective until December 31, 2007.

This appointment came after Fr. Peñascoza’s request for a two-month leave of absence was approved by Fr. Lauro V. Larlar, OAR, Prior of the Province of St. Ezekiel Moreno, on October 16, 2007. |

According to the SEAP Bylaws of Administration, “The Vice President for Administration takes over the management of the school in the President’s absence or inability, following closely his policies,” (Art. X Sec.1).
After delegating all his responsibilities to Fr. Bitangjol, Fr. Peñascoza urged the support and cooperation of everyone in the academic community to Fr. Bitangjol while stressing that UNO-R is “NON MIHI, NON TIBI, SED SEMPER NOBIS”, (Not mine, not yours, but always ours…)
