Fr. Raul M. Buhay, OAR; Rev. Fr. Juan Pablo M. Pelaez, OAR; Rev. Fr. Francisco Javier Monroy Rodriguez,OAR and Rev. Fr. Gabriel Antonio Robles Alonso, OAR; and Rev. Fr. Antonio Carron de la Torre, OAR. While , Rev. Fr. Francisco Javier Tello Vegas, OAR is re-elected as Secretary –General.
