University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos has a new added feature this year. Through the initiative of the Office of the Vice President for Student Welfare, Heart Media Photo Studio was inaugurated last November 21, 2007. It is located in the Office of the Director of Student Affairs, ground floor of the St. Ezekiel Moreno Hall (Information Technology Building).
The studio is complete with state-of-the-art photo lightings and a digital –SLR Nikon camera. It will offer services to the students for their portrait and group shots. It will now be the official photo carrier of the UNO-R Blue and Gold Yearbook.
The Blessing was attended by the religious and lay administrators of the university with some invited guests.
