The Hotel and Restaurant Management Bottle Slingers Bartenders’ Club of the University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos College of Business & Accountancy was declared the Overall Champion in the John B. Lacson College Interschool Bartending Competition held last February 21, 2007.
The Club competed against the University of St. La Salle , La Consolacion College, Visayan Maritime Academy , and John B. Lacson College Foundation – other schools offering Hotel and Restaurant Management in Bacolod City .
Club members also won in the individual and tandem categories:

The club and its members received medals and certificates of recognition.
