The whole UNO-R community celebrated the feast of the Patron Saint of the OAR Province in the Philippines, St. Ezekiel Moreno, on August 19. The celebrated started with a Walk for Healing as early as 6:00 AM. The long stretch started from the Capitol Lagoon to the UNO-R Campus.
The participants composed of UNO-R religious and lay administrators, faculty members, staff, and students proceeded to the University gymnasium upon arrival at the campus for a brief audio-visual presentation on the life of St. Ezekiel. A Healing Mass was then celebrated by Fr. Ferdinand Hernando, which was concelebrated by the OAR Fathers. Healing rites followed where Fr. Hernando prayed over thousands of UNO-Rians and guests.
