The University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos once again produced a Placer in 2015 Licensure Examination for Teachers. With a rating of 86.6%, Rowena Porceso Guardiano, BEEd- English ranked 9 in the said exams. Guardiano is from San Patricio, Brgy. Banago, Bacolod City. She graduated cum laude last March 2007. She was the COF Secretary, SY 2006-2007; President of the English Teachers’ Club SY 2006-2007; Board Member, College of Education Council SY 2005-2006; Member of the UNO-R Honor Society; Champion in the Chorale Reading (U-Week); Member of the Debate Team (U-Week), 3rd place in Extemporaneous Speaking (TC Days), and Resident Scholar,SY 2006-2007. She attributes all praises to God for this blessing.
