Mr. Asraf Khateris among the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines –Region VI. He was awarded last April 24 at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol. He was accompanied by Dean Christopher Taclobos and Mrs. Ivy Aboy during the awarding ceremonies. Mr.Khater had undergone formation and training last April 21 -24 at the SEAFDEC, Tigbauan , Iloilo and was chosen from among thirty finalists.
He is also one of the three “2014 The Outstanding Students” (2014 THOS) of Bacolod City.
