Seven officials of the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office VI conducted a monitoring of programs at University of Negros Occidental- Recoletos. The team was composed by Dr. Christy B. Laurente (SEPS, Student Services), Mr. Felipe G. Leonoras (ES II, Accountancy & Accounting Technology), Dr. Ester A. Guarin (ES, Information Technology Education), Dr. Nenie M. Galedo (ES II, Teacher Education), Dr. Alan P. Lena (ES II, Engineering Education), Dr. Ma. Mercedes M. Monsale (ES II, Arts and Sciences), and Mr. Jimmy Tolosa (ES II, Business Education). They are monitoring the programs offered by UNO-R. They were welcomed by the Fr. President, Fr Emeterio Buñao,OAR; Fr. VP-Academics, Fr. Jorge Peligro,OAR; Fr. Louie Gabinete,OAR; Secretary to the President, Mrs. Judy Legaspi; University Registrar, Dr. Carmenda Leonoras; Mrs. Dianne Concepcion, Mrs. Imelda Matullano and Dr. Carlos Legaspi, Jr., PRO and DSA. This is an annual activity done by CHED officials on schools in the region. Prior to UNO-R, the team had a visit at the Central Philippine Adventist College in Murcia.
