The library was visited twice in the month of February by the public high school students of Silay and Bacolod City. The Book Lovers Club of Doña Montserrat Lopez Memorial High School (DMLMHS) visited the library on February 17, 2017, and the students of Bata National High School (BNHS) also came to see the library on February 24, 2017. The students were given a tour to the different library sections, a chance to browse the vast collection of the School Library, and a film showing about UNO-R. They were assisted by our School Librarians Ms. Jerinah Escala and Ms. Elizabeth Villaruz who openly answered questions from Mrs. Rosaly G. Macainan (School Librarian of DMLMHS ) and Mrs. Jercel Beriton (School Librarian Designate of BNHS) during their respective visits. They thanked UNO-R for the opportunity to explore and learn.
