The Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO) is facilitating the annual check-up of all permanent employees of the university, January 22-23, 2018. The activity is in compliance for the requirements for the renewal of the Health and Sanitation permit of the university. The following tests shall be shouldered by the university healthcare provider – Maxicare Healthcare Insurance: Physical Consultation, Complete blood test, urinalysis, fecalysis, Chest X-Ray, ECG and Pap’s smear for female employees above 35 years old. The Medical Plaza Mobile clinic for chest X-ray will be stationed at the 1606 park while other tests will be done at the SDPC testing room.
