The Job Quest is an annual activity of the Placement Service of the SDPC. Its objective is to provide employment opportunities to all graduates and alumni through the help of invited industry partners in one venue. Furthermore, it hopes to strengthen the linkages of the university with various industries. This year’s Job Quest was held March 4, 2019 at the university corporate rooms with its opening program at the main lobby. There were 23 companies that participated in the said activity. The industry partners are Ceres Pasalubong, Inc.; Diwa Learning Systems; KJ Fairmart, Inc.; Lopez Sugar Corporation; Pan Asiatic Call Center, Inc.; Prime Distribution Systems, Inc.; SM Supermalls; SYL Hermanos Group; Teleperformance; URC (SONEDCO); Motor Trade; Toyota, Neg. Occ.; Concentrix; Distilleria Bago, Inc.; Super Value, Inc. (SM Supermarket); Binary Anvil – East; Mainstream Business, Inc. (SM Store); CM and Sons Food Products, Inc.; Marayo Bank, Inc.; Ace hardware; and Ideal Visa Consultancy. There were 348 applicants and 221 were considered and 28 applicants hired on the spot.
