The University and Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the University signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to make the university a Delivering Higher Educational Institution (DHEI) for the Scholarships for Instructors’ Knowledge Advancement Program (SIKAP) grant as stipulated in CMO 6 s. 2020. Dr. Raul Alvarez, REE, CESO III, CHEDRO VI Regional Director, represented the Commission, while Rev. Fr. Joel Alve, OAR represented the university.
Fray Romeo Ben Potencio, Jr. OAR, UNO-R VP-Academics and Research, with Dean Christopher Taclobos and Dr. Carlos Eduardo Legaspi, Jr., witnessed the signing of the MOA. The MOA signing was done at the President’s Conference Room last August 12, 2022.
