Please be informed that Car Pass Stickers for School Year 2022-2023 are now available at the Safety and Security Office (SSD).
To facilitate and expedite your requests, kindly secure and present the following:
- For Renewal:
- Fill up two copies of car pass sticker application forms. (Available at the SSD office)
- Receipt of payment from the Accounting Office.
- For new applicants:
- Fill up two copies of car pass sticker application forms. (Available at the SSD office)
- Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (CR) / LTO Official Receipt (OR)
- Receipt of payment from the Accounting Office.
Car Sticker Fee
₱350 for administrators, faculty, and employees
₱400 for parents, students, and concessionaires
Motorcycle Sticker Fee
₱250 for administrators, faculty, and employees
₱300 for parents, students, and concessionaires
Deadline of registration will be on November 4, 2022
