Rev. Fr. Joel Alve, OAR attended a seminar on Design and Administration of Training Programs at the Mindanao Training Resource Center (MTRC), Davao Medical School Foundation Compound, Bajada, Davao City last July 14 – 15, 2008.
The seminar as a part of the three seminars conducted within the week by the Center for Labor Education, Advocacy, Research and Development, Inc. (Cleared, Inc), a partner of Foundation of U.P. Solair.
The participants were taught on conducting the proper and effective basic training using variety of techniques, Formulation of Learning Objectives by employment of different approaches and organization of basic learning activities.
