He is the chief of the Investigation and Intelligence Section of the said battalion. Sebastian belongs to batch 1994 and was student assistant of the university. Meanwhile, PINSP Leo G. Estopa is now assigned as Platoon leader of the 2nd Coy, 6th Regional Public Safety Battalion, Brgy. Luna, Sagay City. Estopa belongs to batch 2005 and was assigned as READS at the CCJE Office.
