A UNO-R Graduate is deeply rooted in Catholic faith and Augustinian-Recollect spirituality, living a Christ-centered and Marian-inspired life through prayer, moral integrity, communion with others, and compassionate service to the Church, community, and creation.

INTELLECTUALLY EMPOWERED

A UNO-R Graduate demonstrates academic excellence, communicates eloquently, appreciates the arts and humanities, engages in research and scientific inquiry, and synthesizes faith and reason in the pursuit of truth.

GLOBALLY COMPETENT

A UNO-R Graduate is culturally conscious and socially responsive, demonstrating sensitivity and respect, communicating effectively with diverse communities, and committing to lifelong learning and global citizenship while valuing heritage and traditions. He or she is equipped with skills-based competence that are attuned to global standards.

SERVANT LEADER

A UNO-R Graduate demonstrates ethical and transformative leadership rooted in service by willingly sharing time, resources, and expertise while promoting human dignity, social responsibility, cultural appreciation, and environmental stewardship through compassionate service and committed action for the common good.

A UNO-R Graduate demonstrates sensitivity and responsiveness to community needs, preserves and enriches cultural traditions, and engages in collaborative professional practice and scholarly inquiry for the common good.
