Ray Benedict G. Aboy, son of CAS faculty and TS adviser Mrs. Ivy Aboy, brought home 2 gold medals from the 2014 DEPEd Regional Athletic Meet in San Jose, Antique, February 8 -14, 2014. He bested all other athletes in 110m High Hurdles and 4×100 m relay. He is also a silver medallist in Long jump, Triple Jump, 110 High Hurdle and 4×100 m relay during the 2013 DEPEd Provincial Meet in Bacolod City. He is also the one of the two highest pointers in athletics during the 2013 NOPSSCEA Athletics Competition. He also got the gold in 110 m hurdle, long jump, 4×100 relay and triple jump and silver in 4x400m relay. He will be a contender in the forthcoming Palarong Pambansa to be held in Laguna sometime in May.
