A UNO-Recoletos fifth year Chemical Engineering and the Tolentine Star Editor-in-chief, Ashraf Rios Khater was chosen as one of the 3 The Outstanding Students (THOS) Award 2014 in the College category last February 08 at La Consolacion College – Bacolod. He is the recipient of the JCI Harish Nandwani Award. He received trophy, Certificate of Excellence and medal. The medal was given by the Junior Chamber International – Bacolod, Inc. and co-sponsored by PLDT and Proctor and Gamble (P&G). Mr. Khater is the son of Amro Khater and Dolores Rios Khater.
