BLESSING AND INAUGURATION OF THE I.S. HALL

The Integrated School Hall or named as Nuestra Señora de la Salud was blessed and inaugurated, February 26, 2019.  The day opened with a Eucharistic Celebration led by Fray Dionisio Selma, OAR, Prior Provincial of the Province of St. Ezekiel Moreno at the Oratory of St. Nicholas of Tolentino.  He was joined by Bishop Emeritus Vicente Navarra; Prior General Fray Miguel Miro, OAR; Fray Antonio Carron, OAR; Fray Raul Buhay, OAR; Fray Jose Ernil Almayo, OAR; Fray Emeterio Buñao, OAR; Fray Eduardo Celiz, Jr., OAR; Fray Andrew Batayola, OSA,  CSA-B President; Fray Leopoldo Estioko, OAR; Fray Rene Paglinawan; Fray Randolph Castillo, OAR;  Fray Joel Alve, OAR;  Fray Dexter Tanquis, OAR;  Fray Kenneth Pahamutang, OAR; Fray William Villaflor, OAR; Fray Don Besana, OAR; Fray Jose Alden Alipin, OAR; Fray Amadeo Lucero, OAR; Fray Cristituto Palomar, OAR; Fray Ronel Gealon, OAR; Fray Persiuz Joseph Decena, OAR; Fray Walthrode Conde, OAR; Fray Jose Teodulfo Jadulco, OAR and deacons.

The blessing of the edifice was led by the Prior General of the Order.  After the blessing of the building, a short inaugural program followed with the Welcome Address by Fray Don Besana, OAR, University President.  Reading of the resolutions for the approval of the construction of the building by Fray Persiuz Joseph Decena, OAR for the UNO-R School Board and Fray Jose Alden Alipin, OAR for the Board of Trustees. Messages were given by the Prior General; Fray Raul Buhay, OAR, General Councilor and President, General Secretariat for the Apostolate; Fray William Villaflor, OAR, Prior, Recoletos de Bacolod; and Fray Eduardo Celiz, Jr., OAR, former UNO-R President. The unveiling of the Historical marker was led by Fray Miro and his Council. Fray Decena, OAR, IS Director gave the closing remarks. Ribbon Cutting and open house followed
