Despite the downgrading in the quarantine status of the city, the University is bent on
exercising extra precautionary measures to promote the health and welfare of all its employees.
Hence, the School Board has decided on the following:

September 28, 2020 – University President, Fray Don Besana, OAR issued Memorandum No. 17 s. 2020-2021 on Miscellaneous and other fees for Aademic year 2020-2021. 

In view of the UNO-R students’ outstanding balances, please be informed that all students can access the balance of their accounts through the UIS; hence, the Accounting Office will no longer anymore issue Statements of Accounts.
