UNO-RSSGO Presents “Pabalhas”

The UNO-R Supreme Student Government, in cooperation with the UNO-R Sports Office, sponsors “Pabalhas”, a summer Basketball Tournament 2009.

UNOSSGO issues stand on PNOC

The UNO-Recoletos Supreme Student Government Senate issued resolution No. 21 declaring its vehement opposition to the PNOC-EDC intrusion to the Mt. Kanlaon Forest Reserve Buffer Zone. The resolution was sponsored by Senator Edrian Acosido and was approved by UNORSSGO President Noami Eurice Channel Dimayuga.

UNO-R Student Leaders hold Seminar-Workshop

UNO-R Supreme Student Government officers, representatives of the different College Councils and Campus Organizations, totaling to 33 participants, attended a three-day seminar-workshop organized by the UNO-R Office of Student Affairs held at the Sta. Monica Retreat House and the University Mini-gym last May 21, 22 and 23, 2008.

C.O.F. has a new set of Officers for 2nd Sem., S.Y. 2007-08

 

The officers of the different campus organizations of the university decided to select a new set of officers after it was known that the former president had not enrolled for the second semester.  Election was done last Saturday, November 17, 2007 at the Office of Student Affairs.

 

UNO-R Donates to Flood Victims

 

The UNO-R Supreme Student Government, College Governors’ League, Religious Education Department and Tolentine Star in cooperation with the Offices of the Vice President for External Affairs and Vice President for Student Welfare initiated a fund drive for the flood victims in San Enrique.

 

UNO-R holds Leadership Training

 
A three-day leadership seminar-workshop was held at the UNO-Recoletos grounds last May 28, 29 and 30. It was attended by 35 student leaders from the different student organizations in the University. The training-workshop design was a cross of “Pinoy Big Brother”, “Amazing Race” and “Survivor.”  Ms. Joy Gallos was the one who designed the program and Mrs. Ma. Elena Doruelo, Mr. Jack Pamine and Mr. Carlos Legaspi were the facilitators.
