UNO-R holds Leadership Training

 
A three-day leadership seminar-workshop was held at the UNO-Recoletos grounds last May 28, 29 and 30. It was attended by 35 student leaders from the different student organizations in the University. The training-workshop design was a cross of “Pinoy Big Brother”, “Amazing Race” and “Survivor.”  Ms. Joy Gallos was the one who designed the program and Mrs. Ma. Elena Doruelo, Mr. Jack Pamine and Mr. Carlos Legaspi were the facilitators.

 

Participants and facilitators of the '07 Leadership training-workshop held last May 28-30, 2007 at the UNO-R grounds.

 

 The design focused on self-discovery and servant hood. The activities to the modules trained the young leaders to discover qualities that are required from a good leader.

Humility, service-oriented, industrious, resourcefulness and intuition are some of the qualities discovered innate in the young leaders of UNO-R.

 

The “Tatak-Rekoleto” was also discussed. It is an identity that will set apart these young leaders from other young leaders. This identity will align them with other leaders of the Recoletos education system in the country.

Alpha Hechanova, Gerick Hinon, Manilyn Malac, Jefferson Magtalon, Desiree Natibo-oc, Ramil Obeso, Ralph Anthony Palomar, Bladimar Pantillo, Edmar Papa, Jett Rey Pasinabo, Glezia Marie Perez, Kirk Portasio, Annabelle Postrero, Johnie Rizaba, Jr. , Grizelle Dianne Tan, Beljun Ray Tulod, Ralph Briccio Ursal, Karen Joy Yosores and UNORSSGO President Ivan Roger Bullos.
