In accordance with CHED Memorandum Order No. 7 Series of 2024, our beloved University has been granted Deregulated Status by the Commission on Higher Education, effective September 15, 2024 until September 15, 2027.

As CHED-Derugalated Status University, we are now entitled to the benefits and privileges outlined in the CMO No. 6 Series of 2023. We are also expected to adhere to the responsibilities associated with this status.

On behalf of the School Board, I extend my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all of you for your tireless dedication, unwavering support, and invaluable contributions. Your efforts have been instrumental in propelling our University to this significant achievement. While the goal of the CHED- Autonomous status remains within our reach, I am confident that by maintaining our unwavering commitment to excellence, we will continue to thrive as a united UNO-Rian Community.
