Dr. Dexter Paul D. Dioso of UNO-R, Bacolod and Maria Elena B. Yumang of USJ-R, Cebu recently completed a certificate course as Certified Student Affairs and Services Specialists (CSASS) last May 26 conferred by the University of Sto. Tomas Graduate School and Philippine Association of Practitioners of Student Affairs and Services conducted by virtue of CHED CPE Grant under CHED CMO No. 72 series of 2017. Classes were held at Diamond Suites which covered the following topics: Introduction to Student Affairs and Services, Dynamics of Transformational Leadership, Partnership and Collaboration, Researches in Student Affairs, Student Discipline, Strategic and Change Management, and Student Life as Bedrock of Character Formation for Life Success. The said Continuing Development Program is also awarded 15 points of PRC CPD Council of Professional Teachers. Maria Elena B. Yumang was also elected as the President of the Alumni of 4th Cycle Batch 2019 of Certified Student Affairs and Services Specialists in the Visayas and Dr. Dexter Paul D.
