The Department of Agrarian Reform and the university forged a Memorandum of Understanding last September 8, 2023 at the President’s Hall. Dr. Paulino Onal, Head of the Agriculture Department, gave the Welcome Remarks. A message was given by Atty. Edwin Mendame, Jr, Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer I (PARPO I) and the Rationale was read by Ellaine Mae Macainan, ARPT.
The Fr. President gave his message and outlined the role that the university in partnership with DAR. Signing of the MOU followed where Teresita Mabunay, OIC -(PARPO II), signed for DAR and Fr. Alve for the university. The program ended with the closing remarks of Dean Annabee M. Claur, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences.
