The Recoletos de Talisay community, on the occasion of the 75th Jubilee of the Church building, invites the faithful to the solemn Proclamation of the Diocesan Shrine of San Vicente Ferrer on February 07, 2014 at 8:30 am at the San Nicolas de Tolentino Parish Church. The Presider and Homilist is Bishop Vicente Navarra, D.D. The Shrine will be constructed within the San Nicolas de Tolentino Parish grounds. The shrine will cater to the many devotee from the different parishes of the Diocese for the traditional “palapak” of San Vicente Ferrer.
