Director of Student Affairs, Carlos Eduardo Legaspi, Jr, PhD met with the officers of the different campus organizations of the university. The DSA discussed some issues which are: COF organization; requirements for the accreditation of campus organizations; Assignments of campus orgs in the cleanliness campaign; deadline for the plans of each organization; recruitment, selection of advisers; and major activities in the university. He also reminded the Fraternities and sororities to inform the office if they conduct initiations and the presence of their advisers is a must in every activity conducted. He also reminded the fraternities and sororities not to recruit minors. They were also reminded of the “Anti-hazing law”. 32 academic and non-academic attended the said meeting. Election of COF officers followed afterwards.
The DSA also met with the UNORSSGO President, Vice-President, College Governors and Vice-governors last June 04. He clarified their roles and gave them committees to man.
