Former College of Dean Nicanor Navarro passed away early morning of September 17, 2016. He joined the university in 1975 and served as Dean of the College of Engineering from 1985- 2004.His remains lie in state at St. Thomas room of St. Peter’s in Alijis, Bacolod City. Interment will be on Saturday, Sept. 24 after the 9 am Mass at the Bacolod Memorial Park, Alijis.
