Residents of UNO-Rville, Bacolod City witnessed a very significant event in the history of their residence in the said subdivision when the Prior General of the Order of Augustinian Recollects, Fr. Javier Guerra Ayala, OAR, blessed the newly cemented road in the subdivision last February 15, 2009.
Joining Fr. Guerra were Fr. Emeterio D. Buñao, OAR, Prior of the UNO-R Community, and Fr. Excel B. Saycon, OAR, Director of the Religious Education Department. The road concreting was a project of the UNO-Rville Homeowners Association led by Mrs. Gliceria Gilbuena, its President. The project was financed through the accumulated monthly dues of the association, augmented by donations from generous sponsors. Total project cost was P110,000.00.
