Fr. President Meets with UNOFELA Officers

Rev. Fr. President, together with Fr. Cornelio Moral, OAR; Fr. Jorge Peligro, OAR; and Fr. Rouel Sia, OAR met with the new officers of the University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos Faculty Employees Labor Association (UNOFELA) at the President’s Hall. UNOFELA was led by Engr. Noli Ortiz.  He presented to the Fr. President the UNOFELA thrusts ad objectives which spelled UNOFELA – U- Unity of minds and hearts in upholding the members’ rights and responsibilities; N- networking and linkaging with other Labor Organizations and Institution; O – outcome –driven goal, objectivity, and transparency in all its dealings; F-fearlessness and independence in making well-informed decisions; E-education and enlightenment of members as professionals; L – labor-management cooperation towards economic and social well-being; and A- action-orientedness and commitment to serve.  The Fr. President and other administrators reminded UNOFELA of their responsibilities towards their constituents and cleared some issues.  The meeting was jovial and cordial.
