Dr. Elmer Haro, Director of the PAASCU and the Quality Assurance Office, passed the Certification Examination for Lead Auditors on International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001: 2015 (Quality Management Systems). The examination was facilitated by the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA), a sub-division of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI). It is based in London, United Kingdom, through its local certification body, the Anglo – Japanese –American (AJA) Registrars, Philippines.
