UNO-Recoletos Rams defeated the USLS Stingers, November 27 at USLS Coliseum with a score of 68-75. UNO-R RAMS is this year’s NOPSSCEA Basketball men (tertiary) Champion for NOPSSCEA Season 35. Coach Girom Aledron relayed, in an interview, “that the preparation for almost two years finally paid off and being this year’s champion was a very nice feeling.” Last year the team almost bagged the title of being champions but failed to do so, he added . The team has been working very hard this season with their 6:30 am trainings from Monday to Saturday. According to Patrick Dave Yulo, Rams player, “the key to our win is teamwork and prayers to the Almighty God. And I am very proud of my first win as a college varsity player.
