The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) represented by the provincial Director Joel Villagracia signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with UNO-R Junior High School, February 25, 2017 at the Recoletos Social Outreach Center (RESOURCE) in Handumanan. The agreement is about the UNO-R as a partner of TESDA in the implementation of the latter’s flagship program, “Barangay Kasanayan para a Kabuhayan at kapayapaan”. The program opened with the prayer led by Ms. Mariel Tinsay, president of Public Speakers’ Club and Jhola Villanueva led the community in the singing of the national anthem. The Opening remarks were given by Rev. Fr. Ronel Gealon, OAR, UCDO Consultant. The rationale of the activity was given by Mrs. Diane Rose Tagle, the English subject area chairperson. The guest speaker, Dr. Mary Ann G. Roble, USJ-R –RITTC Director, was introduced by Dr. Nena Samillano. After the talk, MOA signing between UNO-R and TESDA was done. Dir. Villagracia gave the message and a response was given by Bangon RESOURCE bookkeeper, Mrs. Elinor Mariano. Rev. Fr. Abraham latoza, OAR, Basic Education Director, gave the closing remarks.
