A Children’s Tour was facilitated by UCDO last September 11, 2019, at 2 pm. Twenty children from RESOURCE were given the opportunity to visit our university and were toured around the campus. They were ushered by student volunteers from Social Work, IT and Junior High School. Before the tour started, the student volunteers as well as the children were given a brief orientation to ensure the safety of everyone. The children enjoyed this exposure and were thankful to the volunteers, whom they called “manangs and manongs” and to the staff for giving this chance to know more about UNO-R. They also appreciated the Jollibee snacks prepared for them. (news from UCDO)
