The UNO-R High School Football Team, after conquering the NOPSSCEA championship in November 2015, advanced to represent NOPSSCEA and claimed another championship in the regionals in Iloilo, February 25. The NOPSSCEA Football Team composed of UNO-R Football Rams players namely Gyles Lucas Encabo, Alain Argel, Ray Francis Cantos, Raniel Casaig, Luis Clauor, John Terence Cordova, Paul Klinbert Cordova, Justin Carl Lazaro, Derrick Raphael Montelijao, and Arielle Reyes, together with selected players from STI-WNU and USLS-IS, upset ILOPRIAA in the WVPRISAA Boys Secondary Football Championship game. The team will represent Western Visayas in the National PRISAA in Koronadal, South Cotabato in April, with coach Luis William Clauor of UNO-R, assisted by Noah Sajo of USLS-IS.
