The University of Negros Occidental- Recoletos conducted a bloodletting activity at the St. Augustine Building, last September 8, 2015, with the Theme:, “Paghalad sang kaugalingon, kalipayan katilingbanon”. University Nurse Marianne C. Lasu-ay said that all blood donations will be stored in the clinic, and are intended for UNORIANS and their immediate family for future emergency use. This yearly bloodletting activity was spearheaded by Fr. Louie Gabinete, OAR ,Vice President for student welfare, through the support of the Medical Dental Clinic, Amity Youth Volunteer, Campus Organization Federation, Red Cross Youth, Medical technology Department and NSTP. This is already the 4th year of the Bloodletting activity in the campus.
