The University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos will hold its HipHop High season 8 , February 6 at the University gymnasium. The dance competition will be joined by : Bata NHS; Doña Hortencia Salas Benedicto NHS; Fr.Gratian Murray, AFSC Integrated School; Generoso Villanueva, Sr. National HS; Handumanan NHS; Luis Hervias NHS; Luisa Medel NHS; Mandalagan NHS –Luis Hervias Extension; Mansilingan Agro-industrial High School; and Ramon Torres NHS.; . The contest was started by Rev. Fr. Antonio Limchaypo,OAR and the tradition continued by Fr. Joel Alve,OAR; Fr. Dexter Palagtiosa,OAR and now by Fr. Louie Gabinete,OAR. This is spearheaded by the Offices of the VP-Student Welfare; DSA; College of Education and Physical Education Dept. For the past 7 seasons , the university taps the talents of High School students and showcase these talents in a friendly competition. Event starts at 4:30 pm.
