UNO-R Opens TESOL Seminar

The University of Negros Occidental- Recoletos Language Center opened the seminar on Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages (TESOL) January 14, 2015, 9:30 am at the University President’s Hall.  The program started with an Invocation led by Ms. Jane Sorallo.   Welcome Address was given by Rev.
